Terms of Service

Brainbase provides infrastructure for deploying, running, observing, and improving AI agents across models, harnesses, tools, and workflows.

You are responsible for the agents, prompts, tools, data, outputs, and workflows you configure or run through Brainbase. You must use the service lawfully and in a way that does not harm Brainbase, other customers, or third parties.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens through your account.

If you are using Brainbase on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.

You retain ownership of the data, prompts, files, outputs, and other content you submit to Brainbase. You grant Brainbase the rights needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service.

You should not submit sensitive personal information, regulated data, or confidential third-party data unless your agreement with Brainbase permits it and you have the necessary rights and consents.

You may not use Brainbase to break the law, violate others' rights, disrupt systems, reverse engineer the service, abuse rate limits, or attempt to access data or systems you are not authorized to access.

You are responsible for reviewing and controlling agent behavior before deploying agents into production workflows.

Brainbase may connect to third-party models, tools, APIs, sandboxes, and infrastructure providers. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms, policies, and usage limits.

Brainbase is not responsible for third-party services outside our control, including their availability, behavior, or outputs.

We work hard to keep Brainbase reliable, but the service may change, pause, or become unavailable from time to time.

We may update features, pricing, usage limits, or these terms as the product evolves. If changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice.

If you use a paid Brainbase plan, you agree to pay the fees associated with that plan and any usage-based charges that apply.

Unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement, fees are non-refundable and exclusive of taxes.

Brainbase is provided as-is and as-available. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

To the extent permitted by law, Brainbase will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
